I had an amazing stay in this hotel with excellent staff who provided me with personalized and friendly service. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choices and a lovely view of the mountains from the table. The hotel's management was kind enough to open breakfast early so I could set off for skiing in time for the lifts to open. The homemade cakes and hot chocolate were a treat to come back to after a day spent skiing.

Great breakfast variety with fresh pastries and a spectacular view of the mountains. The hot chocolate and homemade cakes when we came from the slopes were lovely. the staff was helpful with all of our needs during our stay.
The room was quite small, especially for the rate we paid for the stay. The building was also quite dated, which showed in many places throughout the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located with a beautiful view of the mountains during breakfast. the breakfast spread is varied with a lot of options to choose from. the staff is friendly and welcoming, bringing you hot chocolate and homemade cakes after a day of skiing.
The hotel lacks adequate facilities for those with physical handicaps. the rooms, although comfortable and clean, aren't equipped with necessary modifications such as grab bars or a roll-in shower making it difficult for people with disabilities to move around comfortably.

The service here is very personalised and friendly, which made our city break feel more comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast presented lots of delicious choices and was a highlight of our stay. the location was great, with stunning views of nearby mountains from the breakfast table. our hosts were kind enough to open breakfast early to fit our schedule for skiing.
Though, it would have been nice if the hotel had more space in the rooms for the price of the stay.
